these are some of my 'fairies' , there were some of my first creations and the main theme of most of my exhibitions, they are made from insect parts including grasshoppers, beetles, butterflies, bones and plants.
I always liked to think that there is a root of truth behind every myth....and there's not that much of a leap between fairies and insects some of which offer amazing shapes and textures to work with.

I really like the way you've combined these bodyparts and rearranged them, mixed them up and created these really intreguing figures! I especially like the one with the red butterfly wings and fluffy red hair!
